Refund Policy

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full or partial refund if comments.red fails to deliver the agreed number of comments within the specified timeframe, or if the quality of comments delivered materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following circumstances: you provided an incorrect or invalid Reddit post URL; your post was removed by Reddit moderators or subreddit rules for reasons unrelated to our service; or comments were delivered as specified but you changed your mind after delivery.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial delivery occurred, we will issue a proportional refund for the undelivered portion. We may also offer a re-delivery credit at our discretion in lieu of a monetary refund.
